The main objective of the project was to raise crucial social competencies among representatives of young people from the Silesian Voivodeship. As part of the project, 2 editions of comprehensive activities were planned for project participants. Among them were:
- meetings, during which participants will implement social projects for the benefit of local communities (including volunteer activities);
- social competence training;
- educational trips with elements of interpersonal training
As it is very important for us to provide comprehensive activities with an individual approach to each participant, the period of support for each participant has been planned for a period of 8 months. During this time it is assumed to develop a minimum of 8 out of 15 social competencies (according to ESCO classification). Each participant, with the support of tutors and trainers, worked on the development of these skills.
