The aim of the project is to improve the competence of the management staff of the Agere Aude Foundation by establishing cooperation with the Norwegian organization Terram Pacis and developing an plan based on the experience and knowledge gained during the study visit. The key premise is based on an authentic approach to learning and experiential learning. The project will bring individual benefits to the participants of the visit, who will use the gained experience in their work for the benefit in the NGO sector. Study visit will also have an impact on other local partner organizations. The planned outcome of the visit will be the joint preparation for the next project.
The planned outcome of the study visit will be the preparation of assumptions for the next joint project. Implementation of the project will allow the Agere Aude Foundation to increase the scope of its activities from the current local/regional and national levels to the European level. The project is implemented by an international partnership: Terram Pacis and the AGERE AUDE Foundation for Knowledge and Social Dialogue.
Main goal
Increase the level of knowledge and insight of AA representatives into the experience of the host institution. The implementation of the planned activities will affect, among other things: improving the quality of youth work, especially through closer cooperation between organizations from different countries working on behalf of young people. Activities in the project contribute to the promotion of diversity, intercultural dialogue, common values, freedom, tolerance and respect for human rights.
