The project "Feminist alliance for good Information on gender equality" is aimed at activist and leadership people overwhelmed by discouragement, doubts, a sense of loneliness.
The most important results we intend to achieve are: The most important need in the face of the activist crisis is becoming a sense of support, building a community, being together. We want to strengthen equality activist groups, and make them create a bond and a common experience on the ground of opposing disinformation and understanding more fully the principles of human rights and equal treatment.
We are guided by the conviction, supported by the experience of the 2020/2021 "black protests," that issues of gender equality, equal treatment and women's rights must be a common cause of young and old, both highly committed and those who weakly identify with feminist ideas.
The most important results we aim to achieve are:
- At least 40 empowered, sensitized, more attentive and aware people;
- Creating a local network to connect socially engaged people of all ages;
- Creation of a collection of content about equal treatment, women's rights, feminism, which are good information and an important message to the community and authorities.
Bezpośrednimi odbiorcami naszych działań będą osoby z miejscowości: Będzin, Katowice, Chorzów i Chybie. Zbiorą się tam grupy inicjatywne zainteresowane tematyką feminizmu, równości płci. Spotkania skierowane będą szczególnie do osób liderskich zaangażowanych społecznie, osób, które mają wpływ na swoją lokalną społeczność.
Planowane działania
The initiative groups will launch a series of activities for local communities, in which they will educate them on topics related to civil rights defense and gender equality.
These activities include:
- initiative group meetings,
- meetings with experts,
- organization of local projects,
- summer activist camp.
Recruitment to the initiative groups will take place through social media. The main criteria for recruitment will be experience in equality activities, focusing on the struggle and defense of women's rights, as well as motivation for action.
